The Serbian government launches this website with the
aim of reminding the foreign public once more of the
gravity of situation of human rights facing Serbian and
other non-Albanian populations in Kosovo-Metohija.
The Consulate General of the Republic of Serbia in Istanbul, informs Serbian citizens that the passports bearing the name “Federal Republic of Yugoslavia” (so called blue passports) are not in official use any more, starting from January 1st 2012.
Furthermore, the issuing of the new biometrical passports in the Consulate General of the Republic of Serbia in Istanbul has been started from March 21st 2012.
Our citizens, who are currently in the Republic of Turkey, can apply for the new biometrical passport on every working day (monday - friday) at the hours between 09.30 and 15.00.
